What happens when the link drops
- Documents are signed and queued locally as you issue them.
- When the connection to ZIMRA returns, the queue submits automatically, in order.
- There are no duplicates and no gaps in the fiscal sequence.
What you should do
- Keep trading — issue documents as normal; customers still get their slip.
- Don't re-issue a document just because it hasn't submitted yet.
- Check the queue / Sync status once you're back online to confirm everything cleared.
