Odoo

Connect your Odoo instance (Online, self-hosted or partner-hosted) to PI Fiscal. When a customer invoice is posted, it is fiscalised with ZIMRA and the fiscal number and QR code are recorded.

How it works

Odoo integrates two ways: an outbound automation/webhook that POSTs a posted invoice to PI Fiscal, or PI Fiscal reading invoices over Odoo's XML-RPC/JSON-RPC API with a database API key. Either way the invoice is mapped to the FDMS format, submitted, and the fiscal result stored.

Setup

1. Open Integrations in the client portal and choose Odoo.
2. Create a PI Fiscal API key (shown once) for Odoo to authenticate with.
3. In Odoo, add an automation on 'Invoice posted' that sends the invoice to PI Fiscal using the webhook address shown in your portal, or provide your Odoo API key for PI Fiscal to poll.
4. Post a customer invoice in Odoo — it fiscalises automatically.
