Connect your QuickBooks Online company to PI Fiscal. When you create an invoice in QBO, we fiscalise it with ZIMRA and record the fiscal number and QR code — no manual uploads, no duplicate data entry.

How it works

QuickBooks Online exposes a secure REST API and webhooks. You authorise PI Fiscal to read new invoices; we register a webhook so each new invoice is captured, mapped to the FDMS format, submitted, and the fiscal result stored against the invoice.

Setup

1. Open Integrations in the client portal and choose QuickBooks Online.
2. Click Connect and approve access to your QuickBooks company.
3. Map your QBO tax codes to ZIMRA tax classes (once).
4. Create an invoice in QuickBooks — it fiscalises automatically.
