Xero

Connect your Xero organisation to PI Fiscal. When an invoice is approved in Xero, we fiscalise it with ZIMRA and record the fiscal number and QR code — no manual uploads, no duplicate data entry.

How it works

Xero exposes a secure OAuth2 REST API and webhooks. You authorise PI Fiscal to read invoices; we capture each approved invoice, map it to the FDMS format, submit it, and store the fiscal result against the invoice.

Setup

1. Open Integrations in the client portal and choose Xero.
2. Click Connect and approve access to your Xero organisation.
3. Map your Xero tax rates to ZIMRA tax classes (once).
4. Approve an invoice in Xero — it fiscalises automatically.
